Once the lecturers approved my key artwork I started working on my poster.

Reflection

This project was really fun! I especially enjoyed creating the social media e-invite cause I like playing around with after effects, I just don't have much expertise or reason to mess with it often.

“Futura: from nazism to the moon — and beyond” by Martina Cavalieri Read here

I was drawn to read this article cause of the title. It's a very attractive title. Nazism to the moon? Tell me more. Anyways, the article retells the origin and history of the Futura typeface and some of it's most iconic uses. As someone who uses Futura a lot, it was pretty interesting to know some more fascinating places that it's been used besides just in my typography assignments..
